Stonehill Founder's Day Run 2021
Stonehill International School was founded in September 2008 by Mr. Jitu Virwani, Chairman and Managing Director, Embassy Group. The Stonehill Founder's Day Run is an annual event to commemorate our Founder. It was planned to facilitate and encourage people to stay active and keep up with their fitness goals.
Date: Sunday, 26th September, 2021
Venue: As this is a virtual Run & Ride, participants can choose the route of their choice on the day of the event.

What participants receive:
Personalised Bib (Physical or E-Bib) - All Participants receiving an E-bib are requested to take a print out.
(All of the above are subject to successful completion of the event by the participant)
All participants from Bangalore and Mysore registering by Wednesday, 15th September, 2021, will receive the physical Bib and Event T-Shirt before the event date. Participants from all other cities will receive the Bib as a printable file, by email, before the event date and Event T-Shirt along with the Finisher Medal, after the event.
All participants from Bangalore, Mysore and other cities registering between Thursday, 16th September, 2021 and Friday, 24th September, 2021 will receive the Bib as a printable file by email before the event date and Event T-Shirt along with the Finisher Medal, after the event.
All participants are requested to carry their own water bottle, energy drink & snack for hydration during the run.
The participants have to take care of their own safety during the Run/ Ride.
On the day of the event, participants should preferably run outdoors and plan the route of their choice. If they are not able to run/ride outdoors, they can choose to do so indoors, during the allotted time.
Post the Run / Walk / Ride, all (5K / 10K /21.1.K), participants are expected to take a Photograph / Selfie with the Bib displayed on their chest / wearing the Event T-Shirt, along with the run / ride timing proof, share it either by email@ firstname.lastname@example.org or on Whatsapp:+91 9980744332 before 11.30 pm on Sunday, 26th September,2021.
Participants can record the time on a GPS Watch or on any Run/Ride Timing App (Google Fit, Strava, etc).On completing the Run/Ride, the participants have to share the Screen Shot or timing link where the date, distance, start & finish time are displayed. It is mandatory for all participants of the 10K & 21.1K Run/Ride categories to share their timings. It is not mandatory for 5K Run/Walk and 5K Ride participants to share their timings.
If we do not receive the timing proof before 11.30 pm on 26th September, 2021 the participant will be considered as Did Not Finish (DNF) and will not be eligible to receive Finisher Medal and E-Participation Certificate.
All participants will receive the Finisher Medal and Face Mask within 15 days post the event. E-Participation Certificate will be emailed within 4 -5 days post the event.

Advice for all participants:
Kindly maintain social distancing while running or riding.
Practice personal hygiene for your own safety and for the others around you.
Please follow all the guidelines/orders enforced by the Government/local authorities, on the date of the event, at your respective cities and towns.
Participants registering for the event are doing so on their own will and consent. The participants are responsible for their own safety and for the safety of others, during the Run/Ride. The event organizers cannot be held responsible for any acts, errors or misadventures of the participants.
This Stonehill Founder’s Day Virtual Run & Ride is planned to facilitate and encourage people to promote fitness and lead a healthy lifestyle. It aims to provide an event-like experience in the absence of on ground events. It is not a competitive event, so kindly enjoy the experience with your family, friends, colleagues or alone and celebrate the day in a fruitful manner.
