Extended Music Programme

Stonehill International School has a dynamic Private Music Programme that encourages students to pursue their musical talent with personalized assistance from a team of highly qualified professionals. Students can sign up for thirty-minute lessons that are taught in our state-of-the-art studios. Weekly, one-on-one training sessions are available on a semester basis. Students who follow this programme perform at assemblies, in small gatherings outside school and also at our various concerts throughout the year.

Individual lessons are arranged in coordination with the childʼs parents, the homeroom teacher and the instrumental specialist, taking into account the timetables of all involved.

Weekly lesson slots are established on a first come/first served basis in sessions of thirty minutes. Students can opt for ABRSM/Trinity/ Rock School exams.

Since the release of ChatGPT, I’ve been fascinated by the power of AI and how it can support us in our everyday lives. I’ve also quickly realised that we need to be self-disciplined to avoid becoming slaves of AI.

I had the wonderful opportunity to attend the PYP SAIBSA 2025 Job-Alike Sessions at Treamis School on 29th November. The open sign-up encouraged me to participate, and discovering how IB educators come together to learn and grow made the experience truly meaningful. 11 of us attended the event from the Primary team, Stonehill International School.
